We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Data Centre Solutions team in Slough, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing an established Data Centre portfolio, driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to a team of professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions to clients.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions, managing projects and teams to achieve exceptional results.
- People Development: Mentor and coach team members to further develop their skills and competencies, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of data centre operations, with experience in mechanical or electrical engineering.
