We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Gosforth Head Office. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and confident with great communication skills.

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing partner data on the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. They will also provide friendly and professional customer tech support via email, phone, and support desk.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the engineering and tech team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. They will also plan and coordinate events with venues, ensuring seamless photobooth setup.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing partner data on the CRM system
  • Providing customer tech support
  • Collaborating with the engineering and tech team
  • Planning and coordinating events

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months in client-facing roles
  • Strong IT skills and a knack for prioritising tasks
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
