Sales and Business Growth Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expand our product portfolio to local authorities and contractors.
Salary: £60k to £85k (dependent on experience). Enjoy a competitive benefits package, including a company car, fuel card, pension, and 20 days annual leave.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local authority and contractor accounts.
- Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities within these accounts.
- Promoting and expanding our product range, increasing spend with each account.
- Splitting your time between on-site visits and working from home.
Essential Requirements:
Candidates should have at least 2 years of field sales experience and ideally knowledge of street lighting or technical bias.
