As an EPoS Analyst at Haven, you will be part of our Technology team's transformational journey, modernizing our retail systems on Park. Your key responsibilities will include defining, building, testing, and supporting business solutions, collaborating with teams across the business to determine the best course of action to help them solve their problems.

Your inquisitive mind will guide our customers across the business to find the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define business opportunities and processes
- Collaborate with Product Owners to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
- Participate in planning and create Iteration plans
- Conduct research, design, prototype, and other exploration activities
- Create and test work products defined by their features
- Deploy work products to staging and production

Requirements

- Proficiency in Zonal Business systems or a similar Epos package
- Experience in similar Product Operations, Helpdesk, or Contact Centre roles
- Experience in hospitality or a similarly fast-paced industry, such as retail, would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Logical thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset
