About the Role

We are seeking an EPoS Analyst to join our Technology team, who will play a key role in defining, building, testing, and supporting our retail systems. As part of our Agile Technology team, you will collaborate with teams across the business to determine the best course of action to help them solve their problems.

Your Opportunity

- To learn, develop, and become an expert in a key area of the business by defining business opportunities, defining business processes, and collaborating with the Product Owner to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.

- To participate in planning and create iteration plans, conduct research, design, prototype, and other exploration activities, create and test work products defined by their features, and deploy work products to staging and production.

What We're Looking For

- Proficiency in Zonal Business systems or a similar Epos package, experience in similar Product Operations, Helpdesk, or Contact Centre roles, and experience of hospitality or a similarly fast-paced industry, such as retail.

- Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
