EPoS Analyst

The Role

As an EPoS Analyst, you will be part of our Technology team's transformational journey, modernizing our retail systems on Park. Your key responsibilities will include defining, building, testing, and supporting business solutions to help us find the right course of action for our customers. This will involve collaborating with teams across the business to determine the best approach to solve problems.

Your Opportunity

You will have the chance to learn, develop, and become an expert in a key area of the business by:

• Defining business opportunities
• Defining business processes and operational value streams supported by technical solutions
• Collaborating with the Product Owner to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participating in planning and creating iteration plans
• Conducting research, design, prototype, and other exploration activities
• Creating and testing work products defined by their features
• Deploying work products to staging and production

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with proficiency in Zonal Business systems or a similar EPoS package, experience in similar Product Operations, Helpdesk, or Contact Centre roles, and experience in hospitality or a similarly fast-paced industry, such as retail. Excellent communication skills are also essential, as you will be working with colleagues across the business.
