Mechanical Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Cumbria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of welding and fabrication processes, as well as maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of welding and fabrication activities before, during, and after completion.
- Liaise with NDT subcontractors and review completed reports, including radiographs.
- Collaborate with clients on welding and NDT-related activities.
- Record welding and quality-related information for QC records.
Requirements:
- CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector (minimum) / CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector (preferred)
- PCN Radiographic Interpretation Level 2
- Experience in the nuclear industry is desirable
- CCNSG Safety Passport
- SC Clearance or willingness to obtain this
