We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at AtkinsRéalis, working on exciting new technologies and intelligent cybersecurity systems for nuclear power projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of quality results, minimising costs, and meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Quality Management support to Projects.
  • Deploy quality assurance and control activities to support right-first-time delivery for their area.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement with regard to project delivery encouraging a 'plan, do, check and improve' approach.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a project environment. They will be able to plan for effective quality delivery, taking consideration of risks and opportunities, and engage effectively with all levels of the organisation and suppliers.

As part of our team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality results, driving innovation, and supporting the growth of our business. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, employee networks, and professional development opportunities.
