About the Role
The North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering outstanding healthcare services to the population of North Cumbria. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist to join our team as a Transfer of Care Administrator.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing daily and weekly reports on Excel, cleansing and maintaining accurate discharge data, and providing administrative services and support to the transfer of care team at WCH and CIC. They will also be responsible for updating TOCH systems and other NHS systems.
Main Responsibilities
- To support the Transfer of Care teams on both sites to ensure accurate reporting of all discharge data
- To submit accurate reports and weekly/daily data
- To cleanse data daily
- To ensure all other administrative duties are completed to support the transfer of care hub team
- To cover CIC site when admin is off
- To communicate effectively with MDT and other professionals
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
