Data Quality Administrator for Transfer of Care Hub

Job Summary
Transfer of Care Hub Data Quality Administrator, Band 3, hours per week
To work as a team data quality administrator, producing daily/weekly reports on Excel and cleansing and maintaining accurate discharge data.
Provide administrative services and support to the Transfer of Care team at WCH and CIC in the absence of their admin by remotely working.
Main Duties of the Job
To support the Transfer of Care teams on both sites to ensure accurate reporting of all discharge data.
To submit accurate reports and weekly/daily data.
To cleanse data daily.
To ensure all other administrative duties are completed to support the Transfer of Care Hub team.
To update TOCH systems and other NHS systems.
To cover CIC site when admin is off.
To communicate effectively with MDT and other professionals.
To demonstrate ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
To demonstrate good organisational skills and ability to be able to prioritise workload.
