Human Resources Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Education team in Aylesbury. As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert advice on HR policies and employee relations, ensuring smooth management of the employee life cycle.
You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure efficient HR processes and collaborate with the Payroll Department to ensure accurate payroll instructions.
The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification, have experience in education HR, and possess strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities.
About the Successful Applicant:
You will join a supportive and collaborative work environment, where continuous professional development is encouraged. The role offers 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and opportunities for career progression and professional growth.
The successful candidate will be a car driver, as there will be travel to different sites in Hampshire and Wokingham.
