Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, recommendations, and upselling/cross-selling
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment
  • Assist with stockroom and back area housekeeping, including receiving deliveries and adhering to stock and cash control procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
