Your Role
We're seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in helping our customers find the perfect piece of jewellery to mark a special occasion. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Your Background
You'll have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a natural ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers. While jewellery experience is not necessary, you'll have a keen interest in jewellery products and brands. A positive, 'can-do' attitude is essential, with a natural ability to strike up conversations with customers.
What's Next?
When you submit your application, you'll be invited to complete a short online assessment. If successful, you'll be asked to complete a short video, which will give you the opportunity to tell us more about yourself and why you'd like to join our team. Successful applicants will be contacted by the store manager to arrange an interview.
