Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Credit Controller to join our client's finance team in North London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit control functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and sending invoices to customers
- Liaising with the sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Raising customer invoices and chasing outstanding payments
- Inputting invoices into the company's accounting system (Xero)
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control, preferably in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum (pro rata)
- Hybrid working arrangement, with one day per week in the office
