Job Title: Building Control Specialist

About the Role:
We are excited to partner with a leading CDM/ Principal Designer consultancy to hire an experienced Building Control professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building regulations and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out building inspections, site visits, and surveys to ensure compliance with building regulations. Provide expert advice on the Building Safety Act and liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Prepare reports and undertake plan checks to ensure projects meet current building regulations and legislation.

Requirements:
Degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Class 2 or Class 3 registration with the BSR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and legislation, including the Building Safety Act.

What We Offer:
