Business Growth Opportunity Lead

This Business Growth Opportunity Lead role provides business-winning support across the Maritime and Land sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective bid strategies and leading multi-disciplined teams to deliver bids in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a suitable bid process to fit the opportunity, including resources, budgets, responsibilities and task allocation.
- Lead the multi-disciplined bid team and ensure the entire team is kept apprised of developments in requirements and bid status on a day-to-day basis.
- Interact with bid stakeholders at all appropriate levels across multiple organisations and keep the Business Leadership Team informed and engaged.
- Proven experience of supporting RFIs, ITT/ITN/RFP/RFQ or Framework bids in a competitive environment.
- Experience of leading multi-disciplined teams and interacting with bid stakeholders at all appropriate levels across multiple organisations.
- Ability to develop and implement effective bid strategies and manage bids in a timely and efficient manner.
The estimated salary for this role is up to £42,000 dependent on experience. As well as a competitive salary, BAE Systems also offers a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, a competitive pension scheme, and employee share plans.
