A well-established freight and logistics company is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in Hampshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities and developing long-term client relationships.

  • Pursue new business leads and collaborations with internal teams
  • Deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs, including FCL, LCL, OOG, RORO, and customs compliance
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth
  • Manage time effectively to balance fieldwork and office responsibilities

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in air, sea, and road freight sales
  • Strong track record in business development and relationship building
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the freight forwarding industry
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

Remuneration: Competitive salary range £50,000 - £80,000, performance-based bonus scheme
