Area Business Growth Specialist

Medina Wa is seeking an experienced Agriculture Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Portsmouth and Hampshire area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the local market, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Buidl and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Drive revenue growth through new business development and account management.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide customers with the best solutions and insights.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, ideally with a food background, and be commercially astute with excellent technical skills in Excel. They must also be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
