Business Growth Associate

As a Business Growth Associate at Interaction in Portsmouth, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your Key Responsibilities
Obtain orders through email and telephone calls, verifying and entering items, transferring orders to fulfilment, explaining stock-outs and expected delivery dates. Review open customer order reports and act on open items, including those at risk of not meeting customer promised delivery dates. Familiarize yourself with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, and prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts.
