Sales Excellence Transformation Manager

The right candidate will possess excellent coaching skills, a forward-looking approach, and a strong presence to articulate messages to various audiences. You'll develop champions in regions/segments/products to scale your reach into the community and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Relevant experience delivering the sales management craft at a SaaS company for medium segment customers.
• Demonstrable experience in organisational development, leading discrete pieces of work with limited oversight.
• Experience in hiring and developing talent.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape sales management craft role design, working closely with global craft leader peers to define clear and aligned responsibilities, accountabilities, key performance indicators, and measures of success.
We anticipate an annual salary of £80,000 - £100,000 for this position, based on location and qualifications.
