Job Title: Customer Experience Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Experience Team Lead to join our team. As a Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

  • Leading a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service

  • Analyzing sales information to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales
  • Working closely with the store manager to develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role
