We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Experience Team Lead to join our team. As a Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

- Leading a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
- Analyzing sales information to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales
- Working closely with the store manager to develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a focus on customer service, sales growth, and team leadership. RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role
