We are seeking an experienced SaaS Customer Success Manager to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. This role is responsible for ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our software solutions, by providing exceptional customer service, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth.

About the Role:

This position will involve working closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement customer success strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and providing regular training and support to ensure successful implementations of our software solutions.

About You:

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a software sales or customer success environment. You will have a strong understanding of software sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000, plus a £5,000 car allowance and bonus, plus a complete benefits package, including generous holiday allowance, life cover, enhanced employer pension contributions, and 24/7 GP access.
