Elderly Care Facility Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our client's team in Surbiton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and carers, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards are met.
The nursing home has around 75 residents and specialises in elderly and dementia care. The ideal candidate will have good leadership skills, experience working in nursing homes, and a caring nature.
