Job Title: Elderly Care Unit Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead our team of care professionals in a nursing home located in the Dundee area.
About the Job:
- This is a permanent, full-time contract with 40 hours worked on day shifts.
- The annual salary for this position is £60,000.
- The successful candidate will be eligible for the Home Manager Bonus Scheme.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care professionals.
- Manage the commercial aspects of running a successful elderly/dementia nursing home.
- Develop and motivate a team to provide outstanding care.
- Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills are required.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Registered Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD qualification.
- Previous home manager experience is essential.
- Skill in leading, developing, and motivating a team is required.
- An understanding of good clinical knowledge is necessary.
