About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Circet UK. As a key member of our Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process across our Telecoms and Installations divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead specific talent acquisition through headhunting methodologies
  • Support the recruitment function for Circet UK, both strategically and operationally
  • Implement forward-thinking attraction strategies to find top talent in the industry
  • Build strong relationships across the business with all key stakeholders to Board level
  • Develop and drive talent acquisition, ensuring Circet is seen as an employer of choice
  • Represent Circet at multiple company events
  • Manage regular reports for the Head of Recruitment Directors, including recruitment forecasts
  • Provide advice and lead with pragmatic and proactive solutions to complex recruitment issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
