Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead and shape our recruitment strategies at all levels, from entry roles to executive leadership. This role oversees both permanent and temporary hiring, as well as entry-to-work programmes, ensuring efficient and impactful resourcing across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a strategic recruitment service to meet current and future skill needs.
- Establish recruitment standards, frameworks, and tools, including competencies and question banks, that align with organisational goals.
- Develop and implement inclusive recruitment training programmes, ensuring a strong talent pipeline aligned with workforce plans.
- Drive recruitment strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with data analysts to shape strategies.
- Lead initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes, anticipating and addressing skill shortages.
- Oversee senior leadership recruitment, ensuring a smooth, high-quality process for leadership hires.
- Manage supplier contracts for recruitment services, ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement in resourcing practices.
- Lead a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture that supports strategic decision-making and meets the organisation's resourcing needs.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (RQF Level 6) and a CIPD qualification or equivalent, with extensive experience managing large-scale recruitment services, and a strong knowledge of employment law in resourcing.
Professional Expertise
Skilled in process improvement, change management, and programme management, with the ability to interpret data and shape recruitment strategies.
Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a talent for influencing stakeholders.
