We are seeking an experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team at Linden House Children's Home.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a caring and compassionate individual who can provide support to children with autism and other conditions.

The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe and nurturing environment for our young people, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation of the home, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare
  • Previous experience within a residential childcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
