About the Role:
- Delivering exceptional leadership and management skills to drive the success of our residential children's service.
- Providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the highest levels of care and support are maintained.
- Building strong relationships with staff, young people, and stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or currently undertaking (Children's Services).
- Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position for a minimum of 2 years.
- Full UK driving licence.
