About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers on the shop floor, including handling queries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Operate checkouts, self-service tills, and kiosks, and assist with click and collect parcel collection.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
