In this role, you will participate in an initial virtual classroom-based orientation session, followed by hands-on business training at a branch office. With our promote-from-within culture, you will have a well-rounded training experience and learn skills in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you progress, increasingly more opportunities will become available to you. You can choose to continue your rewarding ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track or explore other exciting options within Enterprise, including Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and more.

Estimated annual salary: £25,000 - £35,000 depending on location and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect your career and the bottom line. Your responsibilities will include developing new business, maintaining current relationships, understanding cost control, reading your branch's P&L statement, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also learn how to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
- You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to a disability.
- No drug or alcohol-related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
