We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth ambitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies in collaboration with senior management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales progress, pipeline development, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
