Business Development Ambassador Role Overview

The Business Development Ambassador will play a key role in assisting customers through the purchase of their vehicle, handling incoming enquiries and making prospective calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for the customer’s journey up to vehicle handover and re-engaging with them to ensure retention when the time comes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in purchasing their vehicle
  • Handle incoming enquiries and make prospective calls
