Our team of experts works tirelessly to provide innovative solutions that meet the unique challenges faced by paediatric hospitals, orthotics and prosthetics clinics, and rehabilitation facilities.
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead all sales functions within the specified market, handling tasks from generating leads to finalizing sales.
- The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in sales and account management functions, with at least 4 years of experience in sales within the bracing, orthotics, and prosthetics sectors.
- Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a sales and marketing strategy to broaden the customer base, collaborating with sales and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction, boost revenue, and meet long-term account goals that reflect the company's core values.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for educating and mentoring local representatives on product knowledge, clinical applications, and effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in English; knowledge of German and/or other European languages is an advantage
- Open to travel and collaborate with an international team of professionals
