MPJ Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join its team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Handler with experience in dealing with First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims to join our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, insurers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the claims process.
- Utilize our case management system to track and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Sell our services to clients and associated parties.
- Accept new claims, from inception to hire provision, including initial correspondence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 12+ months experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
