Job Description:

The Claims Handler will be responsible for handling new claims from inception to hire provision, including initial correspondence with clients and other parties involved in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all aspects of new claims, including initial correspondence and follow-up on outstanding issues.
  • Selling services to clients and associated parties.
  • Communicating with clients, insurers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the process.
  • Utilizing the case management system to follow up on outstanding issues.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading business in the Norfolk area and work as part of a dynamic team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in a similar role.

Requirements:

  • 12+ months experience in a customer service or claims handling role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
