Customer Service Claims Handler

Job Description:
The Claims Handler will be responsible for handling new claims from inception to hire provision, including initial correspondence with clients and other parties involved in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with all aspects of new claims, including initial correspondence and follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Selling services to clients and associated parties.
- Communicating with clients, insurers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the process.
- Utilizing the case management system to follow up on outstanding issues.

Requirements:
- 12+ months experience in a customer service or claims handling role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
