Company Overview:

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is a leading provider of social care services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our Highland services team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to lead a significant team of staff and contribute to the strategic development and management of existing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of Complex Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilities, and Mental Health services
  • Lead support for individuals within a Positive Behavioural Support framework, leveraging proven experience and expertise
  • Promote effective relationships with stakeholders and ensure The Richmond Fellowship Scotland's representation in key partnership forums
  • Manage financial matters for a Service of this size or similar, ensuring efficient use of resources

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on social care
  • An SVQ Level 3 qualification in Care or equivalent; an SVQ Level 4 in Care/Management is desirable
  • A Professional development Award within Positive Behavioural support or willingness to undertake this training
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as an excellent benefits package including:
