Turner & Townsend Group is a leading provider of project management and cost consulting services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Digital Infrastructure Project Director to join our team in London.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivering large-scale digital infrastructure projects. As a Digital Infrastructure Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Client Interface**: You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Team Leadership**: You will lead and mentor junior project managers and engineers to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Financial Management**: You will oversee the financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the digital infrastructure sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital infrastructure projects, including data centers, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
