Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Investment Director to join our Digital Infrastructure team, responsible for covering our Asset Management division's digital infrastructure private equity strategy, including investment strategy, reporting, team, and fundraising.

The successful candidate will work on the overall strategy, covering sectors such as data centres, fibre, wireless infrastructure, and digital-focused service businesses, with a focus on individual equity investments of €50-200m, taking minority to majority stakes.

Key responsibilities will include transaction execution, either as the lead or with the MD on new investments, bolt-ons, refinancings, and exits, as well as managing portfolio companies and attending/sitting on portfolio company boards.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with significant experience in an investment role covering at least one or more digital infrastructure sub-sectors, with proven investment, analytical, and judgement capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable transaction experience with a strong track record in one or more digital infrastructure sub-sectors, with the ability to manage and lead the transaction and team.

We are keen to engage with Investment Directors who have a deep and broad network in the sector, with strong interpersonal and networking skills, and fluency in at least one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian.
