Ticketing and Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Ticketing and Customer Service Coordinator to join our Development and Advocacy Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Patrons, ensuring that their ticketing needs are met promptly and efficiently.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading arts organisation and contribute to the delivery of high-quality events and experiences. If you have experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a membership organisation or box office setting, we would love to hear from you
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Patrons via telephone, email and post
- Process and record ticketing requests accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high-quality records and ensure compliance with departmental standards
