The Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy at the University of Cambridge is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for our taught MPhil programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of programme administration, from admissions to awards, and will work closely with the MPhil Directors, Academic Secretary, and course team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a good level of competence in standard software packages. Previous experience working in Higher Education would be desirable.

This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week, with funding for 5 years from commencement in post. The University supports hybrid working, where some work is undertaken on University premises and some in a remote working environment.
