Main Responsibilities
  • Own the project management of assigned portfolios of learning programmes to deliver to agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensure full visibility of project progress through accurate planning, tracking, and record-keeping.
  • Take ownership of administrative arrangements for programmes, including booking, travel, catering, audio-visual, and virtual learning environment setup.
  • Collaborate with Business Development colleagues and Learning Designers to confirm terms and conditions with faculty and external speakers.
  • Support clients and participants throughout their learning experience, ensuring high-quality delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and support programme activities in live online environments, using Zoom or Teams, and collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders with confidence and diplomacy, and identify suitable service providers to meet client needs.
  • Communicate with programme participants throughout their learning journey, providing clear information and support.
  • Schedule and lead roundtables and rehearsals with faculty teams, and collate, analyse, and distribute feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and update business information, ensuring accurate records in the business management system and workflow management system.
Requirements
  • Graduate-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Formal project management qualification or equivalent experience - desirable.
  • Customer-centric approach, with an understanding of event management requirements.
  • Highly organised, with experience of managing multiple deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of modern office and learning technology.
  • Ability to work outside normal working hours, including weekends, and adapt to changing work schedules.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of £32,000-£37,000 per annum.
  • 33 days annual leave, plus 8 public holidays.
  • 6-month probationary period.
