World Duty Free is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Gatwick Airport.



Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport with customers, and providing them with an enjoyable journey through our luxurious products.



  • Deliver individualized world-class service experiences for every customer
  • Maximize sales opportunities using world-class service skills and knowledge of products and promotions
  • Demonstrate positive personal behaviors and a can-do attitude
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the store

Working with Us

At World Duty Free, we provide a full induction and comprehensive training to ensure the best start for you and your new role. You will work alongside some fantastic, experienced colleagues who will support your learning and encourage your growth and career development.



Our Environment

Our store operates on a rolling rota system, with a 3 on 3 off or 2-week rotating shift pattern. You will be provided with your rota 4 weeks in advance. The working hours are between 4am and 11pm, with opportunities for overtime.
