Senior Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing specialist clinical psychology services to older adults with severe and enduring mental health issues and/or dementia.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist clinical psychology assessments and interventions for older adults with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide supervision and consultation to other psychologists and professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical psychology services and policies.
- Participate in research and development activities to improve clinical psychology services.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
- BPS accredited honours degree in Psychology.
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology accredited by the BPS and HCPC.
- Additional specialist training related to working with older adults and/or dementia.
- Extensive post-qualification experience of working as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist with older adults.
- Experience of providing specialist clinical psychology assessments and interventions for older adults with complex mental health needs.
