About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the Purple House Clinic Lincoln. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing assessment and interventions on either our neurodevelopmental services or our trauma and attachment pathway.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive assessments and interventions for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders or trauma and attachment issues
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for staff
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years post-qualification experience as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Specialization in neurodevelopmental disorders or trauma and attachment issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
