About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the Purple House Clinic Lincoln. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing assessment and interventions on our neurodevelopmental services, including our specialist ASD and ADHD assessment pathways, or our Attachment/Trauma Service/Pathway providing specialist and attachment trauma assessments and interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver assessments and interventions on our neurodevelopmental services, including ASD and ADHD assessment pathways
  • Contribute to the development and support of our clinical team
  • Work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Hold some management-level responsibilities as discussed with department leads
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years post-qualification experience as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Specializing in one of the pathways either Neurodevelopmental or Attachment/Trauma
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Highly skilled and experienced in the delivery of ASD assessments and/or ADHD assessments
  • Understanding of complex trauma behaviors and ability to provide comprehensive assessment and treatment packages
