Clinical Forensic Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Forensic Psychologist to join our Community Forensic Team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Forensic Psychologist, you will work alongside our experienced team to provide psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to individuals with mental health disorders and offending behavior. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions to support individuals in achieving their goals.
About the TeamOur Community Forensic Team works with individuals who present a significant risk of harm to others due to their mental disorder. We provide a comprehensive service that includes psychological assessment, treatment, and support to help individuals manage their risk and live safely in the community.
Person Specification- Registered with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist (Forensic or Clinical)
- Experience of working clinically with adults in forensic services, including those with personality disorder, mental ill health, and intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of psychological theories relevant to psychological disorders and offending behavior
- Good knowledge of assessment, formulation, and interventions in the following areas: Mental health and emotional disorders; Challenging behavior; The effects of trauma, abuse, or neglect
