Senior Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing specialist clinical psychology services to older adults with severe and enduring mental health issues and/or dementia.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist clinical psychology assessments and interventions for older adults with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide supervision and consultation to other psychologists and professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in research and development activities to improve services for older adults.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A Doctorate in Clinical Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Extensive post-qualification experience of working as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist with older adults.
- Excellent assessment and intervention skills, with a strong understanding of complex mental health issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience of providing supervision and consultation to other psychologists and professionals.
