We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the Purple House Clinic Lincoln. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing assessment and interventions on either our neurodevelopmental services or our trauma and attachment pathway.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive assessments and interventions for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders or trauma and attachment issues
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for staff
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
- Minimum of 2-3 years post-qualification experience as a Clinical Psychologist
- Specialization in neurodevelopmental disorders or trauma and attachment issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
