HR Business Partner Opportunity at Revvity

Revvity is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees at all levels on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance improvement, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with HR operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and support.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and talent management.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining effective relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
