Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees at all levels on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance improvement, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to advance organizational performance, including change management and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with the HR Leader to design and implement HR programs that support the company's business strategy and people agenda.
  • Work with hiring teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Support leadership teams in the design and implementation of organizational structures and change management initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience in HR Operations, including reward and payroll.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
